Who is WanderinGwyneth?
I’m a cultural anthropologist and I’ve been living and working in and out of North Africa for the past 10 years. I grew up in Nebraska, so I know it takes a lot to leave the familiar, that’s why I want to be the one to show you Egypt and Morocco!
Why travel with Gwyneth?
-
Gwyneth knows the lay of the land, the culture, and the customs. Instead of exiting the airport feeling anxious, you feel reassured that a friend is there to greet you and show you around to the unforgettable sites and her favorite spots off the beaten path.
-
No matter your interest or your purpose for travel, having fun and enjoying the moments is paramount. Each tour is designed to capture the interest of each traveler through different cultural experiences, food, and sights.
-
Gwyneth aims to give you the price that includes most of your meals, all of your experiences and all of your accommodations within the dates of the trip! All you have to do is budget your shopping.

WHO TRAVELS WITH WANDERINGWYNETH?
Active Adventurers
Any tour that is labeled “Active Adventure” is for those who are active and ready for a physically rigorous trip with lots of cultural sight-seeing as well as hiking, surfing, and adrenaline pumping options. This is usually for young professionals who are interested in traveling together and enjoying full to the max days!
Adventurers must be over 18.
Explorers
While it might sound like you are joining a Cub Scout group, any tour labeled “explorer” is for ANYONE who is interested in being culturally immersed, educational insights, trying new experiences, with mild to intermediate activity level. I usually recommend these tours for ages 50+.
Are you the right fit?
When in doubt ask if aWanderinGwyneth Adventure is right for you.
Right now we are unable to cater tours to families with children under 18, but I’m happy to make recommendations or help plan a trip.
