The trip price is shown on the tour page and is invoiced separately — 30% sixty days before departure, and the balance forty-five days before. Those invoices come from us directly. Nothing beyond the $1,000 is charged today.

Day-to-Day
Day 0 – Friday, March 19, 2027
Arrival in Cairo
Welcome to Egypt! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you'll be met by our VIP airport representative before immigration and escorted through customs before transferring to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to relax, recover from your flight, and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Day 1 – Saturday, March 20, 2027: Saqqara & Dahshur
Begin your Egyptian adventure with some of the earliest experiments in pyramid building. Explore Saqqara and the Step Pyramid, one of Egypt’s most important archaeological sites, before lunch at El Ezba. Continue to Dahshur to visit the remarkable Bent Pyramid and Red Pyramid, tracing the architectural innovations that eventually led to the Great Pyramid at Giza.
Day 2 – Sunday, March 21, 2027: The Great Pyramids & The Sphinx
Spend the day exploring Egypt’s most iconic archaeological site—the Giza Plateau. Stand before the Great Pyramid, enjoy views across the pyramids, and visit the Great Sphinx while learning about the extraordinary history and engineering behind these ancient monuments. After lunch and time to relax, gather in the evening for a special outdoor film screening and dinner.
Day 3 – Monday, March 22, 2027: Abu Simbel & Aswan
Leave Cairo behind and fly south to Aswan before continuing by air to Abu Simbel. Experience one of Egypt’s most spectacular archaeological sites before returning to Aswan, where you’ll settle into your hotel for the next two nights.
Day 4 – Tuesday, March 23, 2027: Exploring Aswan
Discover the highlights of Aswan, beginning with beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and reached by boat across the Nile. Continue to the Aswan High Dam before lunch. The afternoon offers optional time to explore the Unfinished Obelisk, the Ethnographic Museum, or the legendary Old Cataract Hotel before dinner.
Day 5 – Wednesday, March 24, 2027: Cruising the Nile – Daraw & Kom Ombo
Board your dahabiya and begin sailing north along the Nile. Visit Daraw Village before exploring the fascinating double temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to Sobek and Horus, along with its wonderfully unusual Crocodile Museum. Continue sailing to Jebel El-Silsila as you settle into the slower rhythm of life on the Nile.
Day 6 – Thursday, March 25, 2027: Cruising the Nile – Bisaw Island & Edfu
Wake up aboard your dahabiya and continue sailing through Upper Egypt. Visit Bisaw Island before exploring the magnificent Temple of Edfu, one of Egypt’s best-preserved ancient temples and an extraordinary monument to the falcon god Horus. Return to the boat for dinner and another relaxing evening on the Nile.
Day 7 – Friday, March 26, 2027: Esna & Explore Luxor
Begin the day with breakfast onboard before visiting Esna Temple. Continue north to Luxor, often called the world’s greatest open-air museum. Explore the immense Karnak Temple Complex and visit the outstanding Luxor Museum before experiencing Luxor Temple and the Avenue of the Sphinxes—an unforgettable introduction to ancient Thebes.
Day 8 – Saturday, March 27, 2027: Valley of the Kings
An early-morning hot air balloon ride offers spectacular sunrise views over Luxor and the ancient Theban landscape. After breakfast, explore Luxor’s legendary West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, with a stop at the monumental Colossi of Memnon. Later, fly back to Cairo and settle into your hotel for the final portion of the Egypt journey.
Day 9 – Sunday, March 28, 2027: The Grand Egyptian Museum
Spend the day immersed in ancient Egyptian history at the Grand Egyptian Museum in Giza. Explore its extraordinary collection of artifacts and galleries, including treasures associated with Tutankhamun, before enjoying lunch at Zooba. Gather again in the evening for dinner and your final night in Cairo.
Day 10 – Monday, March 29, 2027: Farewell Egypt or Continue to Morocco
After breakfast, travelers completing the Egypt portion of the journey depart for home, while those joining the optional Morocco extension fly onward. Continue from Casablanca to Marrakesh, where you’ll enjoy dinner and spend the night before beginning the Moroccan adventure.
Day 11 – Tuesday, March 30, 2027: Marrakesh & the Road to Ouarzazate
Spend the morning sightseeing in vibrant Marrakesh before lunch, then leave the city behind and travel toward Ouarzazate. Cross into Morocco’s dramatic southern landscapes, arriving in Ouarzazate for dinner and an overnight stay in the heart of the country’s filmmaking region.
Day 12 – Wednesday, March 31, 2027: Atlas Film Studios & Aït Ben Haddou
Step into Morocco’s cinematic history with a tour of Atlas Film Studios in Ouarzazate. After lunch, continue to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Aït Ben Haddou, whose distinctive earthen architecture has provided the backdrop for numerous films and television productions. After exploring the site, return to Marrakesh for dinner and your final night in Morocco.
Day 13 – Thursday, April 1, 2027: Departure
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before transferring to the airport for your flight home. Say farewell to Morocco—and to an adventure that has traveled from the pyramids and temples of ancient Egypt to the cinematic landscapes of the Moroccan desert.
